観光スポットがいっぱい！下田開国みなとで車旅をスタートしよう
何度目かましての立ち寄りポイント、道の駅下田開国みなとについて備忘まとめておきたいと思います。 施設概要 南伊豆、下田港隣接の大きな道の駅。主に1階部分がお買い物エリア、2階にインフォメーションやミニ博物館が入ってます。 卸売市場や遊覧船乗り場、近隣にはホテルも林立の観光エリア。 駐車場は平面たっぷり200台以上、建物下なら雨にも濡れず快適です。施設外のお手洗いも清潔で深夜の仮眠も安心快適。 早朝の下田港、小さな漁船がたくさん停泊してますね。 そして市場も賑わっております。 お隣の食堂では、7:00から朝定食がいただけるとあってこの行列！ 1階のお買い物ゾーン、各店舗長屋状態で並んでおります。…

ここ数日は大寒波の影響をもろに受けている。現在掲載している写真は寒波前のもので、たった数日で風景は一変した。昨日は写真なんて撮れる状態ではない天候だった。さて、寒波前に見た「波の花」である。波の花は、波打ち際で見られる自然現象の泡である。冬の日本海の風物詩であり、寒くて荒れた海で、プランクトンがシェイクされて発生するらしい。これが岩場とかで発生し、波の花が空を舞っていると、それはそれで美しい。だが、港とかに溜まる波の花を見れば、なんというか汚い洗剤の泡にしか見えないのである。GRⅢありがたさを感じない波の花

一枚目は、海で心を沈める様子。この時期には珍しい静かな日本海だったが、陰鬱なグレーな風景に心が静まったのか、それとも沈んだのか。さて、入院前の最後の診察（といっても2回目だけど）のため、大学病院に行ってきた。今回は心臓のCTスキャンで、造影剤の静脈注射をしながらCTに入った。また合わせて「入院支援相談」という診察もあり、病院職員さんと看護婦さん、それぞれから書類や手続き、準備するものなどの説明があった。最近の大きな病院では、コンビニなんかは既に当たり前で、スターバックスなんかもあるので驚く。僕が普段行く病院は、おばちゃんが座る小さな売店しかないので、カルチャーショックである。多少の忘れ物はコンビニで対応できるし、旨いコーヒーだって飲むことができるので、少し嬉しくなった。2月に4日間ほど入院して、カテーテル...心を整えよう〜入院手術に向けて
