米ぬかは良いね！

週末に、ある地方の食堂で大きい袋の米ぬかをタダでもらった。どうしようかなと…色々を調べました。米ぬかクッキーやパンも良いね、でも、先ずは簡単な米ぬかパックをやってみた。うちはヨーグルトや蜂蜜が無いし、小麦粉なんで使いたくないし、ほんの少しの牛乳で米ぬか(1:4)を溶かして、お風呂で適当に塗って、少しマッサージして、五分を待って(その間に体を洗う)流した。茶色だがオートミールのような香りで顔に塗っても違和感がないし、簡単に流せるし、良いですね！しかも、タダ五分で既に違さが分かるぐらいツルツル！丁度足もいつも短パンのため乾燥しているから、足全体もやってみた。足もツルツル！お風呂に入れれば更にいいと思うね。でも、うちはシャワー派だからとりあえず顔と足全体だから週三回位試してみようかな～皆さんもどうぞ、近くの精米店など...米ぬかは良いね！
