Honolulu zoo (Episode31)

We went to Honolulu zoo. I don't know why there were few animals when we went. when I examined the review of the zoo, there were two extremes: those who said "there were no animals" and those who said "I could play all day long". If you plan to go to Honolulu Zoo, you may want to contact zoo in advance.

Let’s go to LULU’S WAIKIKI (Episode32)

We went to LULU'S WAIKIKI for lunch. There is a sign written in Japanese which says that this restaurant has the most delicious loco moco in Hawaii in entrance. Loco Moco gravy sauce is not very strong and has a gentle taste. The juicy hamburger steak and rich soft-boiled egg taste will stand out. The hamburger patty tastes beef. Every time you chew, juicy flavor overflows. The potato is a slightly thicker type. The inside was moist and the outside was fluffy and I ate while competing with my husband.

The 3rd day/Acai bowl in Jamba Juice (Episode30)

Breakfast with Acai bawl of Jamba juice. The acai bowl here is just a tremendous amount. Plenty of bananas, blueberries, sweet honey and topped coconuts were also very good. And, the amount of acai sorbet. Even though it was hot in Hawaii with plenty of it in the morning, my body got cold at once. It may be good to order a warm drink with you.

Can we communicate in Japanese in Hawaii? (Episode29)

We could not speak Japanese in Hawaii rather than I expected. Especially If we don't take advantage agency, we need to take care it. Basically, I think it is better to prepare for the minimum English with the recognition that it is an English-speaking country. I was really lucky due to learning minimum English. I think that in case we can speak English or not affects the fun of trip. I became more and more motivated to study English. Anyway we saw lots of beautiful beaches like Kailua and Lanikai in the 2nd day. It was really beautiful.

A bold night (Episode28)

After coming back to hotel, it is moment of happiness that we are relaxing with a cup of coffee in veranda. The sound of the waves, the relaxed music, I liked it very much. This atmosphere made me feel bold.

The 2nd day dinner in HEAVENLY Island Lifestyle (Episode27)

The second day dinner was in HEAVENLY Island Lifestyle. We ate Garlic shrimp and Eggs Benedict there. Both of them were so delicious that I want you to read the last page that includes our feeling of these meals. Thank you.

The story of a sad sparrow (Episode26)

After returning our bicycle at 3pm in Kailua, we came back to hotel by bus and went to lounge for taking the rest. I ate cheese and drank white wine a lot in this lounge during my trip. This lounge is too great.

Restroom accident at Boots & Kimo’s (Episode25)

We stepped by Boots & Kimo’s, after coming back Kailua from Lanikai beach. We chose Macadamia nut pancakes and Chorizo omelet. I was convinced that it is famous restaurant. Because both of them are so delicious. Although it is crowded, It's worth the wait in line.

Heavenly sea, Let’s go Lanikai beach (Episode24)

We went to Lanikai beach said heavenly sea. I heard that this location of No.6 sign is the most beautiful. It was the most beautiful sea I’ve ever seen. Rent bicycle was very useful for us when we go somewhere we want to go. My wife was struggle to use bicycle. But it was good memory.

Kailua beach (Episode23)

We went to Kailua beach after parking our bicycle rented from “Kailua bicycle-san”. Pure white sand, transparent emerald green ocean. This was beautiful ocean I was looking for. We had comfortable cycling while looking scenery by bicycle. I strongly recommend to rent bicycle in Kailua.

Let’s go to beautiful Kailua beach by cycling (P22)

When you go to beach in Kailua, we recommend to rent bicycle. The rent bicycle we take advantage in is “Kailua Bicycle”. It was relief because staff is Japanese and of course they can speak Japanese. When we rent it 2 years ago, bicycles specification was little different from Japanese one like this comic. I heard these bicycles was changed and now all bicycle have brakes on handle, gear, basket in front, and key. It became more useful for Japanese.

The appetite continues endlessly (P21)

For some reason we were always hungry during our trip to Hawaii. Is it because it's moving more than usual? The first meal in Kailua was Guava pancakes in Cinnamon's Restaurant. It was sweet and sour and very delicious. Still, I was hungry, so I searched for a restaurant to eat CC Cookies & Cream ice cream, but unfortunately it was closed and I couldn't eat it. Did God tell you that you ate too much?

Arrive at Kailua! (P20)

We arrived at Kailua. It took about 45 minutes by bus from Ala Moana Center. I don’t know why but we were always hungry during trip. So I ate guava pancakes in Cinnamon's Restaurant as soon as we arrived at Kailua. Anyway I saw lots of wild chicken there.

Let’s go to Kailua (P19)

We went to Kailua in 2nd day of Hawaii trip. Speaking of Kailua, Macadamia nut pancakes in Boots & Kimo's, Guava pancakes in Cinnamon's Restaurant, Colorful cookies in CC Cookies & Cream, And beautiful Kailua beach and Lanikai beach that is the most beautiful in US. There were lots of famous sightseeing spots there!

The 2nd day / Acai bowl in Island Vintage Coffee (P18)

The 2nd day, It’s the day to eat the long-awaited acai bowl. If you search for "Hawaii Acai Bowl", you will definitely find “Island Vintage Coffee”. They are the most popular cafeteria in Hawaii to eat Acai bowl. Acai bowls are made from sweet mangoes, bananas, blueberries, crispy Granola with honey and sweet and sour acai sorbet. It was so delicious that I wanted to eat it every day.

Sunburn protection in Hawaii (P17)

This was first time to use Heliocare. It is very good for people have sensitive skins. Sunburn is protected by only drinking it. we could overcome sunshine in Hawaii by using both Heliocare and general sun cream. Effect is for 4 to 5 hours. If you go out for a long time, please take one more piece after the time.
