私のなんてことのない手料理です This is my simple homemade cooking.

新たな家へ引っ越しをしてから料理を再開しました。台湾に住んでいた約1年間は健康の為と思い朝御飯と晩御飯を食べずに昼御飯のみで過ごしていました。ただ、それだと少しパワーが不足するので、今は台湾に行く前3年間と同じように朝御飯と昼御飯を食べて1日2食にしています。以前は朝ごはんは殆どが納豆御飯でしたが、少し前まではパンと半分半分で食べています。 I restarted cooking after moving to a new home. While living in Taiwan for about a year, I ate only lunch for the sake of my health. However, I felt a lack of energy, so I now eat breakfast and lunch like I did before going to Taiwan, and have two meals a day.
