Simmered Meat and Tofu

Few days ago When I went to AEON supermarket in Malaysia, I found a little of beef's slice meat. Always can't find this kind of packed meat here. Later found japanese leek also. So I thought that buy Tofu, then will cook Simmered Meat and Tofu tonigt. these is material.
