とても久しぶりに苦のない朝を迎えている。体を起こし、左手をつかんで伸びをする。気持ちがいい。顔も洗ってボトルコーヒーを飲みながら今、右手を休ませながら入力している。外は雨だけれど、私は晴れ。こんな幸せ、あるんだ。

I've stayed at home for a long time and I've called it "Staying in not a hospital but at home."During the Lent this year, I'd been a bad condition, and then at the same time Jesus was risen, I thought I also could wake up from the tumb (my bed).I will now try to see people, go out to church and welcia in front of the condo where I live.

Lent is a period from Ash Friday to the day before Easter. Originally Lent means "spring" in Germanic. 受難節とは、前回のブログで書いた「灰の水曜日」から皆さんもう聞いたことのある「イースター」までの期間を言います。イエスさまが十字架に至るまでの苦難の道を思い起こす期間。受難節は英語で Lent と言うのだけれど、もともとはゲルマン語の「春」を意味するらしいです。「自粛の期間」として覚えられているけれど、『春=復活』を意識に置くならば「春を待ち望む期間」として過ごすといいかもしれない。苦しんだ後には春は来る。今、世の中は、戦争やコロナウイルス・・、と、苦しんでいる。でもイエスさまは今この時とっても苦しみの中にいる。それは、私たちの罪を今、背負ってくださっているから。祈りつつ、受難節を過ごしてみてください。
